"I'm a corporate yogi learning to find a genuine blend of conscious living alongside the corporate lifestyle."
My passion lies in integrating experiences of awe and deep connection to the wider world into everyday moments - helping people uncover their true purpose amidst the noise of modern life.
The journey
My path here has been anything but straight. I started as a psychology academic, researching how our understanding of our own bodies and movement shapes the way we interpret the world - before moving into data science, and eventually spending six years working in emerging technology for a large organisation. I loved the variety, but what mattered most was building teams where people's wellbeing was properly supported.
Over time, I found myself drawn back to that original question - how our minds and bodies connect, and how we connect with the world beyond our screens. A 200-hour yoga teacher training in India brought it all together: ideas I'd studied for years were alive in practices over two thousand years old. Something clicked.
Now I bring these threads together - ancient practice and modern understanding - into experiences that help people reconnect, rewild, and find their way back to the natural world. I'm currently deepening my practice and training to be a Forest Bathing+ guide with The Forest Bathing Institute. My sessions are free while I build up my hours - until the end of 2026.
My philosophy
“When we learn to surrender, cultivate awe, and look within, we unlock a deeper understanding of ourselves.”
How I work
Psychology and neuroscience underpin every session - I integrate ancient wisdom with modern evidence.
The living world is the teacher. Sessions take place outdoors wherever possible - forest, meadow, water.
No performance, no perfection. Each session meets you exactly where you are.
